Hi,
I have vicibox 3.1.10 (Vicidial Version 2.4-334a Build 110831-2038).
I have setup a blended campaign which make a search in the database for lead in all the lists.
When an incoming call arrive agent write the disposition i.e. sale (I verified in the database disposition is written in the uploaded list, called since last reset remain to N and is not created other lead) but the leads are called again in outbound.
Can give me some suggestion ?

Upgrade to the newest version, there are several new features that will help do what you want to do. The version you are using is almost 5 years old.

I have to reinstall vicibox or is there a way to upgrade it ?

Look in /usr/src/astguiclient/trunk. There is a document there called UPGRADE
