vicidial integration with PHP frameworks

Is it possible to integrate vicidial with Symfony and Laravel frameworks ?
Has vicidial support for SugarCRM?

Please define exactly what you mean by "integrate".

As for SugarCRM, there are ways of opening records from the Vicidial agent screen in Sugar CRM, but there is no automated integration mechanism built in to either platform.

Actually, I am planning to create a CRM using PHP Laravel 5 frame work and Telephony Integration with it. Hence, I would like to know, if I can use VICIDIAL for this Telephony Integration.

Could you please provide useful links or documents to refer, if I can use VICIDIAL for telephony integration with PHP Laravel application?
