after upgrade my user table information is blank

i can view my user list and all users are there when i click on user to modify. all information is gone including user number, even when i try to populate blank fields will drop down menu none will save to user as i get error user number must be at least 2 digits.... or something like that .
i am not sure why this happened but all users can not access any campaigns. but the weird thing is i can access admin gui with user names that have these credential

thanks for any help , i dont want to do a clean install if possible

How did you install your system?

How did you upgrade your system? What commands did you execute? Did you follow the UPGRADE document in /usr/src/astguiclient/trunk?

Sounds like your DB was not upgraded properly. Did you keep the output from the update? Were there any errors (obviously, if you don't have the output ... you may not really know ...). You may want to revert to the previous DB and re-update the DB while checking to be sure that the result is "success" for each update.

How do I revert to a previous database and reupdate the database....
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have output from upgrade but there were a lot of dup errors and only one change , no warnings that I remember.

Vicibox is a brand name. Please include the full name of the .iso or at least the entire installer version.

If you have not done a backup, restoration is unlikely. Did you perform a backup before beginning the upgrade process?

Yes I did a back up and followed the upgrade document
