no access to admin.php after viciBOX 7 update

after upgrade can access:
/vicidial/welcome.php
/agc/vicidial.php
and the rest

but access to /vicidial/admin.php
keeps loading the page indefinitely (no not loop)

gives the following-

Hi,

Write a page and print only Hello and check you are able to access that page or not? If not then may be firewall blocking or Apache is not working.
