Installed vicidial v7 and having problems with external ip

Hello,
I have installed vicidial v7 and when I ping outside internet Google.com I get contact and connection, when I add my default IPv4 and then try to ping Google.com I get no response. I cannot access gui out of lan without this in place.

Please help

I have tried multiple times and same results. I am at a lose.

Problem solved , it was a ip provider issue , Comcast , router not opening ports even when server was put in dmz...
Go figure... Got to love it
