Vicidial Server time on the db server wont sync

Hi All, I am a complete newb to this site so i do apologise if there is bits i miss out at first.

I have set up and installed a new vicidial server and added it to the dialler, But the time on the dialler is showing ( Server vicidial-3 Y 0 - 100% 0 1% 0000-00-00 00:00:00 2169)
But the time on the vivcidial server is correct, I have 3 vicidial servers connected to the DB server all with the same verion installed as you can see

vicidial-1 Server vicidial- Y 12 - 5% 13 13% 2016-04-28 09:26:48 2169
vicidial-2 Server vicidial-2 Y 20 - 8% 29 28% 2016-04-28 09:26:48 2169
vicidial-3 Server vicidial-3 Y 0 - 100% 0 1% 0000-00-00 00:00:00 2169 ( THIS LINE IS ALL RED ON THE DB SERVER)
vicidial-d DataBase Only - DO NOT DELETE Y 0 - 100% 0 1% 2169
PHP Time 2016-04-28 09:26:48
DB Time 2016-04-28 09:26:48

Vicidial 1 and 2 are correct and working really well, but for some reason vicidial 3 wont let me set the time and date Please can any one advise with this issue,

do a ntpdate -u pool.ntp.org on all the servers and make sure that they are on the same timezone

If it's red, the server is offline. Those numbers are not actual values, which have not actually been set.

"installed a new vicidial server and added it to the dialler" ... please describe the process by which you attempted to add your new dialer to the Vicidial Multi-Server Cluster. Did you use Vicibox 7.0.2 Standard? Post the answers to the quiz that you entered during the vicibox-install phase. (Just the summary at the end.)

Were there any errors during installation?

Does the new server have access to the database? (Test at the command line ...)
