Hi Guys,
From the agent's screen when they click "View Call Log" is there a way I can show the CallerID used to make that call?
I'm using the Group Alias function to set the CallerID on manual calls - so it would be handy for the agent to know which CallerID they used.

The Admin User Stats page shows the Group Alias used in the "MANUAL OUTBOUND CALLS FOR THIS TIME PERIOD" section. But this is not currently a feature within the agent screen for the Call Log.
