According to your example, the dial string does not match an entry in [default] context. Since there is no match, asterisk changes to extension "s" (start) to signify that it could not find a matching dial pattern string.

Campaign Dial Prefix + Lead Dial Code + Lead Phone Number = Dial string

According to your example, the resulting Dial string must match 933XXXXXXXXX

Thank you William for your feedback !
all my phone numbers on csv are 1XXXXXXXX ....
my campaign dial prefix is 933 and also lead dial code is 33....

if understand you well :
i have to switch the campaign dial prefix to 9 and keep 33 for the lead dial code to get 933XXXXXXXXX ?

Challenge: if the numbers all have "1" in front of them (which might be the dial code IF you were dialing domestically), you'll need to remove the "1" since you are apparently NOT dialing domestically.

Thus:
Code: Select all
exten => _9331XXXXXXXX.,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _9331XXXXXXXX.,2,Dial(SIP/33${EXTEN:4}@goautodial,,tTo)
exten => _9331XXXXXXXX.,3,Hangup
exten => _933XXXXXXXX.,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _933XXXXXXXX.,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:1}@goautodial,,tTo)
exten => _933XXXXXXXX.,3,Hangup

This allows future numbers to be loaded without the "1" included in the phone number, but removes the "1" if it's already there. Also, not sure about the length of the dial string, so we allow "at least" this many digits, but more is OK.

Of course, I have no idea of "33" country code uses a domestic long distance code of "1" like we do in the US, so that could all be wrong. *)
