hi

when i login to agent interface and on clicking submit my phone X-lite softphone start ringing ..but no information is dislplayed in web form field ...and when i click on dial next number ,agent web form fields were filled with info provided in lead....and after logout ...when i try to relogin i m getting the msg that

Sorry, there are no leads in the hopper for this campaign

and i m also getting the msg that

noone in your session :8600051

and the result of screen -r is

Check the hopper level you have set within your campaign settings.

When you answer the phone when it rings you does it play a message?

i have set hopper level to 5 im my campaign...and when i try to answer the call its got hanup.....

What kind of trunks are you using?

Have you tried using the sip-silence VDAD transfer examples in the extensions.conf.sample file?
