Active Voicemail Server is a setting under Admin->System Settings. Has nothing to do with "activation".

mflorell wrote:We changed the way that the stats were generated earlier this year, both to make it A LOT more efficient, as well as add some new features. The side effect was that the Voicemail server was the one server that all of those stats were generated on. The "Voicemail server" does a lot more than voicemail, and making this change has actually helped to more quickly diagnose a lot of other issues on client systems.
As for SVN version appearing as 0, that can happen if the install.pl script is not run, or when it is run if there is no database connection.
