openstream_full: File does not exist in any format

We moved over a server succesfully to another host machine a while ago but discovered that new prompts uploaded via the audio store won't play.

We get this error:

[2015-02-16 10:07:02] WARNING[5216]: file.c:666 ast_openstream_full: File go_computers_gesloten does not exist in any format

We already did a lot of steps including:

1. Admin > System Settings > Central Sound Control Active and changed it to 0.
2. Then I deleted the original folder entry from the database. TABLE: system_settings, FIELD: sounds_web_directory
3. Then I reenabled the Audio Store by going to to Admin > System Settings > Central Sound Control Active and changed it to 1.
4. Then copied all files from the /var/lib/asterisk/sounds directory. (the script did not seem to work)

We also ran the /usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_audio_store_sync.pl --upload script with no success.

chmod 777 on the audio store directory didn't help.
We checked and all the files in the audio store also exist in /var/lib/asterisk/sounds.

We tried changing the sounds webserver address from a DNS name to an IP address but this didn't help either.

We don't understand why asterisk keeps telling us it can't find the file.

This server does have an SSL certificate installed, maybe that's the problem? But that was installed on the previous server as well and we could upload and play files there without problems.

And yes, we also ran the server update ip script already.

If i add the path to the filename in the Ingroup webinterface it plays! For instance After Hours Message Filename:/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/GOcomputergeslotenv5

I'm still stuck with this problem, does anyone have a suggestion? I could always get prompts to work by adding the path in front of the filename like this:



But of course i'd like to select prompts without having to add that path.

Nope, never found the solution. I'm still adding that path manually. It must be a vicibox bug. Maybe there is a symlink missing somewhere.

PS: Nice wallboard, are you sharing the code somewhere?

in my case i changed the vicidial forlder name to admin, that's why was no found the file.

Solution:
1 - Admin -> System Settings -> Admin Web Directory: (new vicidial folder name)
2 - Admin -> Servers
Generate conf files: Y
Rebuild conf files: Y
Rebuild Music On Hold: Y
Sounds Update: Y

I fixed my problem too. In my case i had to do this:

cd /var/lib/asterisk
mv sounds sounds_old
ln -s /usr/share/asterisk/sounds sounds

So for some reason there was a sounds directory but it should have been a symlink.
