Login ERROR

Hello,
when i try to login in dialer it gives the following error.
Login incorrect, please try again
although I created user id & password , phone login & password but it is still showing error.
please give me solution.

& also show the following error also

see the vicidial_users table and use same user/password to login . I think it would be safe to neglect warnings in logs

Looks like the agc folder is not set to allow writing of the log file, either chmod it to allow that or change the ystem settings field for web writable to 0
