Setting Up VOIP Hardphones with Vicidial

I have setup some Polycom VVX600 IP Phones on a hosted platform. When setting up i used the Simple Setup options from the backend HTTP access side of the phone.

The phones can make and take calls BUT they are getting calls from either other SIP lines or from random numbers that are not real. When this happens they are not able to pick up the line at all. Is there something i am missing when setting up Polycom Phones?

I have also just noticed that all the phone calls are not being recorded because they are technically not logged into a campaign.

Is there a way around this?
