Add a new campaign tap missing in vicibox7

Hi Team,

.i installed vicibox7 in my server (using cluster method) , but after installation add a new campaign, copy campaign tab are missing.

.installed vicibox7 details are below:
version: 2.12-544a
BUILD: 160325-1435

. And the svn information are below

. i tried to svn up and down method but it shows below error

Your server does not have proper internet configuration.

It appears that dns service is broken.

You'll need to verify that your system has the proper network configuration before you can perform an svn upgrade using svn.eflo.net

If this fails:

nslookup svn.eflo.net

It is impossible to execute an svn command that requires dns service.

fix your dns servers in the "hostname" tab. Name server 1,2,3 must all be pingable and must all be actual nameservers. We like to use 8.8.8.8 temporarily if we don't know the real name servers.

Thanks for reply.
. As per your suggestion i add name server1: 208.67.220.220 and name server2: 208.67.222.222
. successfully i updated my svn version from 2492 to 2565.
. But i unable to add new campaigns , the add new campaign , copy campaign tap is missing in campaign section.
. so i downgrade my svn version to 2491, but also the add new campaign tap is missing.
. please help me on the same.

Have you verified that the user you are logged in as has permission to view/modify these values?

Note also that "downgrading svn" is a bad idea. Database must match the Vicidial code. If you upgraded the DB when you upgraded the SVN, then you can't downgrade without a mismatch (unless you restore from a backup made when the Vicidial Code and DB matched!). If you upgraded your Vicidial code without upgrading your DB, then you did not upgrade properly. read the UPGRADE document in /usr/src/astguiclient/trunk

And if your Vicidial server had invalid networking configured while you were building it, you may have many problems with it. You would probably do well to just start over (never fear the re-install! Seriously: It's educational and Free).

Thanks for your reply. i follow below steps and the issue solved.

. then i install perl #/usr/src/astguiclient/trunk #install.pl
. and the issue solved. it shows add new campaign tap .Thx a lot for your help....

I sure hope you used instructions from /usr/src/astguiclient/trunk/UPGRADE
