I have a rep who has had callbacks and obviously a call log generated throughout the day. Randomly she went to check her ACTIVE CALLBACKS and all of the NAMES are missing. Call info, etc are still there but no lead information.
Has anyone every experienced this? As of right now it is affecting 1 user. Possibly a DB hiccup? I have searched throughout the entire vici forums and cannot find anything of this nature....
