I have been noticing some weird activity on the real time screen lately.
The issue is that when an agents is on a dead call, the lengh of the call on the real screen takes some time to reset, to start counting how long has he been on a dead call.
E.g
Lets say that an agent is on a live call for 30 secs and the customer hungs up. On the next refresh on real time report the status will have changed to DEAD but the MM:SS will show 34 secs resulting the line beeing higlighted black.
I am not very bothered about the black lines on the real time screen, my worry is that this might be some indication that something is wrong or is about to go wrong...
Any help would be apreciated.
