Dead Calls on Real Time Screen

Hi all,

I have been noticing some weird activity on the real time screen lately.

The issue is that when an agents is on a dead call, the lengh of the call on the real screen takes some time to reset, to start counting how long has he been on a dead call.

E.g
Lets say that an agent is on a live call for 30 secs and the customer hungs up. On the next refresh on real time report the status will have changed to DEAD but the MM:SS will show 34 secs resulting the line beeing higlighted black.

I am not very bothered about the black lines on the real time screen, my worry is that this might be some indication that something is wrong or is about to go wrong...

Any help would be apreciated.

na its normal (i see it all the time now since using new SVN) it will show that instead of showing agent in disbo, for as far as i no the flow of call gows "call,dead,disbo,wate so for the reall time to show all of em would be to much ime gessing as the time between dead, disbo, then wate would be with in the nano sekends and the reall time onley reloads every 4 at best so ya to much is hapning in not anoth time ..

i no with the new SVN thay added in a new trhing in campain detaill

Dead Call Max Seconds -If this is set to greater than 0, after a customer hangs up and the agent has not clicked on the Hangup Customer button in this number of seconds, the call will automatically be hung up, the status below will be set and the agent will be paused. Default is 0 for disabled.

Dead Call Max Status -If Dead Call Max Seconds is enabled, this is the status set for the call when the agent dead call is not hung up past the number of seconds set above. Default is DCMX.

and thirs more for Pause and so on hope this helps

Thank goodness I caught it in time. I'll move it to the "Support" board quick before the Vicidial continuum explodes. 8-)

The Goautodial and Vicibox boards are supposed to be used for "installer" and "os" based questions unrelated to the Vicidial Core. In theory.
