Hi i'm seeing all report showing AGENT TIME wrong, can you say whats causing that?

Not really, you aren't giving us enough information to help you.
admin.php version and build?
Installation method?
What does "wrong" mean exactly?
Which specific reports?
Over what time period?
What kind of campaign are you running?
Etc.....

HI, i'm viewing the Agent Performance Detail and Team Performance Detail and the agent Hours are wrong, we are dialing 8hrs daily and the report showing 9 and 10 hrs per agent daily.
we are doing outbound calling.

We really don't support code that is over 3 years old, given that it has been altered dozens of times since then, and several of the calculations have changed since then. I would first suggest upgrading to the latest svn/trunk code and then see if the issue still exists.
