Chatting and reocording

Hello;

vicibox 7.0.3, vicidial 2.12-15, Build 160508-0139, asterisk 11.22.0-vici, Single Machine

The chatting conversation is recorded? We can read it same as we can hear the recorded voice call?

Resolved.
I found where I can see the chatting that was between the customer and the agent.
Go to Report --> Admin Utilities --> Agent-Manager Chat Log --> Search for the required criteria and down you will find Show Chat. Click on it to see the chat conversation.

For me recordings are very important. But sometimes there'll be some problems to manage and delete recordings. Does exist any way to bias automatic remove?

I think he's looking to delete the 'chat recording logs' which are not audio files. So this will likely be a sql statement which deletes entries from the 'vicidial_chat_log' or archives them.

since these entries are text-based, there is no pressing need to delete them. So I doubt there's a routine in place to do so.

You are exactly right, there is no routine to delete them, and they are only text, but it would be pretty simple through SQL to delete them.
