::use a list for customer lookup only::SOLVED::

Hi I want to use list just to lookup customer information on inbound calls, on the same campaing other list will be added dinamically to make outbound calls

A) Master list used only to lookpup customer information on inbound calls. (this list can be dialed )

B)Multiples List uploaded on demand for outbound calls on the same campaing


Any thoughts will be much appreciated!

When sending calls to in-groups, use CIDLOOKUPRL method.

Thanks Matt, I got that part clear my doubt is how to prevent that the list used for the CIDLOOKUPRL method be dialed and just used to lookup purposes

As Matt Said, Just need to send calls to in-groups, use CIDLOOKUPRL method. and the missing part was disabled the list on the campaing, on the option LISTS WITHIN THIS CAMPAIGN: (remove Y from the checbox) this will prevent the list to be dialed but it will be used to make the for inbound calls.
