Guadalajara Consultation for Outbound

I have a center here in Guadalajara Mexico and am looking for an english speaking (bilingual would be great) expert on the dialer, settings, reports and such to come in and coach my team on best uses and practices of the dialer. Also if they are able to help us audit our current sip provider, dialer and more to show us how to be more efficient. I imagine this project to be 3 to 5 days, it would include, travel and accommodations if needed. Pay can be negotiated I would like to see what my options are.
