Hi everyone,
I have configured inbound calls as DID, everything is working as it should except one - If I call again and again to inbound it doesn't create lead history in single inbound list, but new lead every time.
I was looking to change it, but I didn't find. Is it normal behaviour, can I change it somehow?
I face this problem on my both environments:
Vicibox 7.0.2 (VERSION: 2.12-560a BUILD: 160617-1427) and on Vicidial from scratch on Debian 7.5 (VERSION: 2.12-563a BUILD: 160801-2119)

I'm just learning to use this great product, so sorry if my suggestion is not accurate , but have you check the option In-Group Call Handle Method in the DID menu, if set to CID will add a new lead record with every call using the CallerID as the phone number,
