Issue with agent call disconnection.

Hi,

I have implemented the VICIDIAL system in centos 6.6.
Whenever my agent is refreshing the screen, His call gets disconnected in firefox. But this thing is not happened in chrome, so after refreshing whenever agent is re-login then he gets two calls. (Previous and current)

How to resolve this in chrome so that whenever agent refresh the screen his call should be disconnected.

i think somethiing is going with sessions, please you need make sure log out for Logout link. for get the accurate information on reports you need click there.
