Survey No-Response Action set to "OPTIN", but dropping call

Hey all,

We would like to have the surveys continue to the Call Menu after it plays the "Survey First Audio File:" and the user doesn't hit 2 to be opted out... The default setting isn't setting up the call to be OPTIN. It drops the call shortly after the delay set in "Survey Wait Seconds:" instead of continuing to the Call Menu... Do we need to increase the Survey Wait Seconds or is there something that we're missing? We also added a "Survey Opt-in Audio File:" of silence so that there isn't anything played between the OPTIN and the Call Menu.

How do we get it to basically send the call to the Call Menu poll if there isn't a response or if they don't optout?

Just for the hell of it, try changing the default to the other option (optout?). See what happens.

You should create a petition to get that changed. LOL Been that way an awful long time.
