On-hook doesn't work and I see a dial plan error --- SOLVED

Hello

I enabled on-hook feature and my phone doesn't ring when a call is going to my in group

This is how I configured vicidial
Admin/phones --> On-Hook Agent: = Y
INBOUND/INGROUP --> Next Agent Call: = ring_all

When a call goes to my ingroup and my phone doesn't ring at all. I see the following error in the asterisk console:

Try with SIP and see if that works. I've never had an error with IAX/OnHook ... but it would be interesting to see if it's actually related to IAX.

Also: Is your asterisk version correct in admin->servers? That "comma" error is usually the result of using the wrong version of asterisk .conf file code.

The problem was solved as you said. Going to admin --> servers --> Asterisk Version: = 11.22.0

I am getting this error when i am calling from the softphone
