1) Welcome to the Party! 8-)

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method (7.X.X?) and vicidial version with build (VERSION: 2.X-XXXx ... BUILD: #####-####).

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "manual/from scratch" you must post your operating system with version (and the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system) plus a link to the installation instructions you used. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

3) I have no idea what you posted, where it came from, or if it's in any way related to Vicidial.

None of that includes your Vicidial Version with Build, this is available in most admin pages on the left side and may be something similar to 2.12-560a Build 16XXXX. This is the single most important piece of information you can provide and is required to post on this Free support board.

Since you didn't know that, but did mention goautodial ... I find it necessary to be sure you know that goautodial is merely the installer for Vicidial. Vicidial is the actual dialer suite/software you are using. It can also be installed from the CD image available at Vicibox.com. There is a PDF on Vicibox.com for installation and a manual (for configuration after installation) available at EFLO.net called the Vicidial Manager's Manual.

Vicibox provides the latest version and is upgradeable easily at all times to any more recent release or developer code. It's also approved by The Vicidial Group (the owners of Vicidial, of course) and has many more developers and support opportunities. I work at PoundTeam and we support any/all versions of Vicidial (Goautodial, Vicibox, manual install ... we don't discriminate, LOL).

Which brings me back to:

Last I knew lwp was a file location system for CPAN. Unrelated to a running Vicidial. So ... what is the purpose of whatever it is that you posted? What is the problem you are experiencing?

William,

i have been running Vicidial on a server for 3 years. same settings same folders same DB, same web application is migrated now to co location in amterdam.

I dont know why CPU of asterisk sometimes shoot upto 300 to 500% for 2 to 3 or 4 seconds.
when it jumps this much of CPU usage, calls gets distirbed, voice issues , delays etc.

the LWP referenced i took from astreisk Pstack...
i am sending you again with current status. if it shoots again.

can you please let me know what are measure reasons for asterisk itslef process to go such high CPU usage>

OK: Let me slow this down a bit:
What command did you execute to get that result?
What situation caused you to run this command in the first place?
What makes you believe that the result you posted is in any way "bad" or related to any problem? (details, not a story, results from debug or other output)

If you were just starting the system or asterisk, consider disabling some modules to see if you can identify the offender ... we've had to disable sqlite on many older servers (or clear the sqlite db, but since it isn't used anywhere by anyone we just disable it)

i suggest you have a bad cpu, check it together with heatsink attached on it. May be its the cause of your server getting 100% process
