Outbound not working

Outbound not working

I have a DB server and a telephony server. I have remote agents set and still calls are not being made. I have seen that there are entries in vicidial_manager and even in vicidial_auto_calls but Asterisk doesn't seem to be bothered at all as there is no call being generated and Asterisk CLI isn't showing anything.

Any idea what to do?
here are my configurations:

Issue resolved. In my manager configurations, Manager users didn't have the Originate permission.
