Vicibox 7 Blind Monitor Problem

Hello,

I installed Vicidial using ViciBox v.7.0.3-160505 on a dedicated hardware, single server setup. I'm having problems with the blind monitoring (listen only) it says success but can't connect to the phone.

I get this error from asterisk CLI when I click on Listen from the real time screen

I'm not sure what I'm missing, thanks for any help !

You need to have a phone registered to the dialer server.

What is?:
7777/7777 (null) (D) 255.255.255.255 0 UNKNOWN

It is also not calling a channel type ''. It should be trying to call SIP/7777 .
Did you put the listening phone extension in the "choose report display options" on the real time screen, or how are you monitoring?

What is your BUILD ? I remember there was a bug with monitoring and it was solved on a update.
