Simple question... I hope... On a normal outbound call you can set at the campaign level a few different options for what CallerID number to use, a default number or AREACODE, which uses AC-CID mappings... a very useful feature. All I need to know is where (which script or scripts) the actual setting of that CallerID happens, where specifically the call is passed to asterisk and the "headers" are set.
