wrong time in recordings filename for autodial calls

Hi experts, some of my agents call recordings are having wrong time in filename. My campaigns starts at 0915 and stops at 1800, campaign observers a call time for this time period. Screenshot is given below

We can observe in second column correct date and time but filename column having wrong time. I have highlighted the last call. I have confirmed all servers are having correct time and are synched with database server, agents workstations are also having correct time. Any idea?

Check the server timezone in server setttings page.
Check your php.ini file for timezone option.

I have double checked timezone settings in all servers and all set to GMT 5 which is Pakistan time zone. Php.ini in all servers including database and web has ''Asia/Karachi'' as timezone. Any other idea

I have checked time on agent workstation and that is also correct. Servers time under vicidial utilities page is exactly same but still have wrong time in filename for few agents. Any idea please??

Finally solved the issue...

"The time was correct on agent workstation but the timezone was wrong". So after logging to vicidial agent screen shows correct time but after few seconds it got changed. After configuring correct timezone issue got fixed.

Where did you change this time zone setting? In admin->Phones for this phone?

It was agent workstation timezone on ubuntu system. Time remains correct after couple of seconds and then changed according to timezone and producing wrong time in call recordings filenames.
