MANUAL DIAL PROBLEM

Hello,
i use this VERSION: 2.12-549a BUILD: 160404-0940 © 2016 for the vicidial. I have a problem with the manual dialing. If the number that i want to call isn't include on my active lists, show me this :

"DIAL ALERT:
Call Rejected: CONGESTION
Cause: 34 - No circuit/channel available.
SIP: 503 - Service Unavailable"
Can somebody help me? :cry: :cry:

Hi,

Kindly check manual prefix on your campaign, you may also check the logs while you are dialing a call, to determine if the right prefix to your preferred carrier is being used.
