Hi Guys,

Realtime main report vicidial/realtime_report.php is not working as expected.

few days back,it used to show the status properly like active calls, calls ringing,calls waiting for agents, calls in IVR, agents in calls, etc.,

but now from few days, irrespective of any situation, i get to see only below.
"NO LIVE CALLS WAITING NO AGENTS ON CALLS"
I tried searching all the files in vicidial to know from where exactly i am getting this message but no luck.

Appreciate an urgent help from someone on this.

try checking if there is any DB corruption

whereever i get "note : The storage engine for the table doesn't support check", i got to know that it is for table which has innodb schema.

allowed_campaigns column value was null in `vicidial_user_groups` for ADMIN group.

I have update the entry with –ALL-- .

Issue resolved.

Thanks for sharing with us your solution, I noticed that this issue happen if for some reason you uncheck the option Allowed Campaigns: from all no just an specific campaign then you cant revert back the changes through the vicidial admin section, you will need to edit the table to revert the changes

UPDATE `vicidial_user_groups` SET `allowed_campaigns`='-ALL-CAMPAIGNS-' WHERE `user_group` ='ADMIN'

Note to all: Do Not Modify The Admin Users Group.

Create a new group. Put anyone who should have any limitation in that new group, modify that new group. But never modify the admin one.

We could also say that the ability to change the password should be disabled? (After all, there are a lot of users who change their password and then can't log in.)

It's not a bug if you modify your own group permissions to exclude something you want to be able to see.

You want "User Group" security modified to disallow modifying your own User Group, sponsor the change OR make the change and submit a DIFF to the Issue Tracker for inclusion. We'll all thank you. 8-)

That's how this works. You're using about $1.5Million worth of software, paid for by other users who wanted the software to do something ... and paid for it to be how they wanted it or made the change and submitted the DIFFs.

So was that the sound of you volunteering to work out the DIFF? I'd be impressed at 25 posts ... Srsly
