Can not make webform auto-popup. Advise, please. [Update 2]

Hello!

1) In campaign configuration screen
-- 'Webform' field is set as 'VARhttp://<myserver>/--A--phone_number--B--'
-- 'Get Call Launch' field is set as 'WEBFORM'
2) Firefox browser is configured to allow popups.

Webform is opened manually with 'webform' button without a problem.
Webform does not popup automatically.

When 'Get Call Launch' field is set as 'None' and 'Timer Action' is set as 'WEBFORM' popup works.

Is that possible that 'Get Call Launch' works for outbound call only?

Advise, please!

When 'Get Call Launch' and 'WEBFORM' fields are configured at inbound group (not campaign) level popup works.

Get call launch (the Campaign setting) DOES work for outbound calls only

get call launch (the Ingroup setting) works only for ... Making you feel silly for asking that question. right? 8-)

Well, I'm afraid, not :) for manager manual does not discriminate inbound/outbound calls:

Get Call Launch - This menu allows you to choose whether you want to auto-launch the WEBFORM
page in a separate window, auto-switch to the SCRIPT tab or do nothing(NONE) when a call is sent to
the agent for this campaign.
