Matching Lead(contact) to Specific Agent

I have an inquiry on matching leads to specific agents who own the lead. Currently I have managed to do this buy having each particular agent own their own campaign which is tedious and also makes reporting a nightmare. am not sure if this has been addressed in this forum but would like to know if its actually possible to match certain contacts to land at a particular agent when the client is connected by the Vicidial Dialer.

You can achieve this with manual dialing campaigns that are set to No Hopper dialing only. Using Owner Only dialing = USER and enabling the Owner Populate feature. This will not work for auto-dial campaigns.

Will have to work with multiple campaign at the moment. But this feature would be really nice if looked at especially for the insurance and debt collection sectors.

It is too difficult to do this with auto-dialing, there is no way to control the dialing when you are essentially having to dial individually for each agent.
