Ingroup call hanged up after dtmf

Postby asincom » Thu Oct 27, 2016 5:30 pm

Hi,
I seted up an inboiund campaign to receive call from a 800 line. Everything works fine for more than a year, but since last Monday calls hang up after customer press IVR option. We tested with other options like to send calls straihght to the agent phone and works fine, but if I send call through ingroup agi stop ant hang up the call. I was giving a lot of rounds to this but no succes at this time.
I'm using Vicibox Express Instalation V6 over Quadcore Stand ALone server, with just 5 agents.
This is my Agi Debug

Asterisk version?
Vicidial version and build?

Have you tried another carrier?

No i didn´t but it was working fine since last year.
Could be something with CID, ANI, DNID ore something like that?
I've seted up to receive calls straight to the agent calls, and work ok... bit if I set up IVR to Inbound campaign, clls missed up...
Thanks for your support..
Cheers

If your configuration hasn't changed, then the problem is most likely with the carrier. We have seen something like this happen before.

Thanks Matt for your help.
I suspect the same thing, but could you tell me, on your experience, which kind of parameters could change from carrier side ir order to talk with them and put campaign on run again??
I know there use UDP protocol. They send me parameters to config asterisk on my side, but they didn't inform any changes in there system or anything, they just said is Vicidial fault.
Thanks in advanced.

It's usually a carrier equipment issue, or something on an upstream carrier, not directly in the control of your carrier.

Company use a Mediant 1000 with several E1 on it. I receive the calls from Mediant as UDP trunk. They send me the calls to a pre defined extension (101, as you can see on Agi debug).
Calls from PSTN came through an 800 number.
Of course they say the didn't make any changes than could afect the call to Vicidial.
The strange thing is, all other features works in call menu, as receive the call to a phone on vicidial, but if I select to receive calls to an ingroup, the call hang up. Mediant admin said how can I receive the call in one way and not in another.
Thanks again.

Hello,

You might want to try different DTMF modes. In a similar situation inband DTMF mode helped us to get rid of irregular DTMF errors.
