Vicibox 7.0.2 from .iso | Vicidial 2.12-557a Build 160517-1927 | Asterisk 11.21.2-vici | CLuster setup: 1 web 1 DB 5 telephony | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation
The supervisors that run the sales floor are absolute retards and cant grasp the fact that when an agent closes the browser instead of clicking the log out button the result will be multiple agent on the same call, agents getting calls that are still ringing, so on and so forth.. how do you enforce the improper logout to where the agents that do not log out correctly have to get an admin to force log them out?

Just fire one for it and then the rest will learn really quick

oh i would fire them all if it was up to me .. there isnt a way to enforce that with vicibox 7 .. had it on goautodial years ago and i cursed it everyday but now i see the need

VICIdial will throw an error and a popup asking if you want to leave the page if you try to close your browser while logged into the agent screen. Beyond that, you would need to look into using a "kiosk-mode" web browser that does not allow for itself to be closed.
