astguiclient drag and drop (accidental) error

Accidental drag and drop of some image buttons causes partial javascript action (resulting in incorrect astguiclient state).

Symptoms: Agent is in paused state but resume button is still inactive, or vice versa. Possibly any button that changes state on clicks in astguiclient.
