Can I upgrade Vicidial 2.12-575a to Goautodial 3.0

Hi,

I am new to vicidial and goautodial. I have installed vicidial VERSION: 2.12-575a, BUILD: 161113-0900 by following instructions at http://vicidialasterisksupport.blogspot.com/2014/11/vicidial-scratch-installation-in-centos.html and now want to install goautodial 3.0 so is there any option I can simply upgrade it or do I need to install from scratch? What steps should I take to make it happen?

CentOS release 6.8 (Final)
vicidial VERSION: 2.12-575a, BUILD: 161113-0900
MySQL version: 5.1.73
PHP 5.3.3 (cli) (built: Aug 11 2016 20:33:53)

Please help...
