Auto dial, Not dialing Constantley

Hi,
i'm trying to run a political broadcast compaign to play A short 20 sec message

with 20 channels remote agent

when i start dial , it sart to dial up to 20 calls, then gradually reduced to 0,

again start to dial fro 0 to 20 calls, agin reduced to 0

it is not dialing constantley 20 calls.

i want it to dial always 15 to 20 calls, must not swing 0 to 20
i hve sufficient sip trunk
please guide me to configure to achive 15 to 20 constant call

If you are doing a broadcast campaign, I would suggest using SURVEY settings, including 8366 as the routing extension.
