Agent to Agent Call

Hi there,

Is there any possibility that one agent can dial another agent?

I mean my client's requirement is they want to talk to agent who is sitting in another room, so they asked me to configure agent to agent dialing, I searched in vicidial, but couldn't find such option.

I tried to make prefix extension 977XXX, and when agent dial for example 977100, i made DID and route it to agent's ingroup.

but this also does not work when i dial from vicidial.

but when i dial from any softphone directly 977100 it works find.

So my question is whether agent can dial any other agent with in vicidial or not?

Why dont you use Single Agent Direct ingroup - Then you can make the a dialplans rules to reach the ingroup

Hi

I have already configured direct agent ingroup, and also made dialplan and created inboun-DID and route it to agent ingroup.

but it does not work. I hangs up the call.
