Call are Going to AMD Action immediately

Hi all,

I am using
ViciBox v.7.0.3-160505
Asterisk 11.22.0-vici
GUI VERSION: 2.14-579a
BUILD: 161128-1746

we are facing the problem when I make testing call on my phone, as I received the call on phone dialer send it to AMD action,
If I do not speak immediately on phone with in one second dialer feel it AMD and send it to AMD message otherwise if I speak with in one second as I pickup the call it goes to agent.
For speaking hello mostly people take more then five to six second in the same time dialer fell it AMD.
It should not be like this can some one guide me how can I Fix this problem.

My ADM send to action is yes, In Campaign Setting,


My Setting in extention is

exten => 8369,1,Playback(sip-silence)
exten => 8369,n,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => 8369,n,AMD(2000,2000,1000,5000,120,50,4,256)
exten => 8369,n,AGI(VD_amd.agi,${EXTEN})
exten => 8369,n,AGI(agi-VDAD_ALL_outbound.agi,NORMAL-----LB)
exten => 8369,n,AGI(agi-VDAD_ALL_outbound.agi,NORMAL-----LB)
exten => 8369,n,Hangup()

Thanks everyone My issue is resolved after making fine tuning in amd.conf file.
