Hello I am tasked with purchasing a database and expanding our cluster to be capable of handling our expansion to 150-180 outbound agents on any given day. We will also have roughly 10-20 inbound agents. We currently dial at a 5-1 and some times dial at a 6-1 ratio. Inbound and outbound are on separate campaigns.
I have read through the posts I could find on database specs. None seemed to be in the 200 agents area and I don't want to chance buying under performing equipment.
So my main question is if you guys were building a Database for 200 agents. roughly 180 outbound and 20 inbound. at 5-1 but sometimes at 6-1. What would you guys build?

2 x quad-core CPUs
32GB RAM or more
LSI Logic MegaRAID card (this is actually the MOST important piece, don't even try with a Dell, 3ware, adapted, etc... card)
4 x fast SSD drives in a RAID-10 (for MariaDB data directory only)
2 x fast SSD drives in a RAID-1 (for everything else)
