Hi. I want to add special character '\' in VICIbox7 -> Email user ID field. Other special characters like @, / are accepting but not '\' How can I add or which file I need to edit.

There is no "Email User ID" field, which specific field are you referring to?
Also, backslashes are not usually allowed in any kind of identification field due to their ability to cancel out the character that is after them.

In VICIbox7 ---> Admin ---> EMail Accounts ---> Email Account User. Please help me for adding \ in that field.

What kind of email provider are you using that allows the backslash to be used in an account name?

It's exchange 2016, an internal mail domain.

We have had A LOT of issues trying to interact with Exchange email servers. In the end, most of the time we can't get it to work due to their non-compliance with email standards.

My suggestion would be to use MySQL directly to edit that field to see if that even works with your Exchange server.
