When using this user setting option, when is the user still able to be seen on the Realtime report? I assumed that when this setting was set to a '1' the user would no longer appear on the realtime under any circumstances. That assumption proved to be false. Can the user still be seen if the realtime is viewed by someone with user_level 9? What is the logic behind the scenes for this option? Thanks.
Realtime Block User Info -This setting if set to 1 will block user and station information from being displayed in the Real-time report. Default is 0 for disabled.

This option is for a report viewing user only, it will not affect an agent with this option enabled, only a user that is viewing the real-time report.

This blocks the user in question from Seeing. Not from "being seen". IE: If you set 6666 to "Realtime Block User Info", 6666 will not see user info when 6666 looks at the real time report. It will not stop others from seeing 6666's information at all.
