It is not possible to have a maximum reset, but it is possible to set the campaign to a maximum call count.

We have an "auto-reset" option for vicidial that will reset the list when the campaign runs out of leads. It is also capable of sending an email to the administrator when the list is reset (with a report of all that were reset) in addition to a count of the number of times each list has been auto-reset.

It's a paid addon to Vicidial, however, not built-in.
