Hi,
is there an updated SCRATCH_INSTALL as i see the one included with the astguiclient_2.13rc1 looks old base on the versioning of the software in the instruction.

Nope, we stopped trying to update that document after we started releasing the VICIbox ISO installer(http://www.vicibox.com)
