Carrier Stats not refreshing

Hello guys

Using: ViciBox v.7.0.4-170113

For some reason, carrier stats is NOT refreshing

I even remove campaign and add a new one, and nothing works, everything remains the same (even carier stats does not belong to campaign, i know..)

Do you guys can guide me on that ?

It is just accumulating stats and not resetting every day

Is this a single-server system?

Do you reboot every night?

Nope... i didn't reboot it everyday, any other server yes... i do...

All other servers i got i do this:

30 6 * * * /sbin/reboot


Is it a must to reboot everyday ?

Yes, i do have many more servers, and they all are fine, i am doing the reboot daily on all of them

The issue is happening on a single server setup, using the script: vicibox-express

No updates of any kind.. as default as it can be... one campaign, one DID, 10 agents, 12 cores, 16gb ram, 240gb SSD

I have changed:
Campaign Stats Refresh: Y
Active Voicemail Server: Has the right IP
I have force the reset of dial plan and restart servers many times, no success


Just in case i did reboot it, and carrier logs stays there....

In the /etc/astguiclient.conf file, is it set to run the adapt process?

Not really sure what you mean, but, i will copy a few details:

VARactive_keepalives => 123456789E
ExpectedDBSchema => 1485

Hope that's what you are asking me for...

stats are not even refreshing, not adding up, not decreasing, remains the same

try running the adapt script manually and see if it spits out any errors, be sure to use the --debug flag.

Try connecting to the adapt screen then:

screen -r ASTVDadapt


you can disconnect by typing "CTRL a", then "d"

I would suggest trying to enable "Cached Realtime Carrier Stats" in Admin -> System Settings to see if that works.

Nope, i did it already... real time goes away...

I guess will be better a server re-install, it is the same install i have done with same version and all are fine, just this one
