Custom CALLBACK disposition

Hi Guys,

I'm having an issue with a customized callback disposition.
I have disabled (or set AGENT SELECTABLE: NO) to the system status CALLBK and created a new dispo named C1CB copying the setup for the old CALLBK.

However, whenever the agents set a callback schedule through the calendar say 4days from today, the lead always returns the next day.

Noting that there is no lead recycle set up for this custom callback disposition.

Please help!
