Autodial Issue Manual dial works but Autodial Does nothing

Okay so I am having an issue with a new vici dial server I just set up. When we dial in manual everything seems to work just fine, but when I switch it to auto dial it does not dial anything at all and nothing shows on the asterisk debug screen. Any ideas on what I'm missing here?

On campaign check for:

Automatic Hopper Level: Y (Must be YES)

Okay I changed that and it still does not work

It does absolutely nothing doesn't even try to dial.

Okay so I just reinstalled everything and tested the autodial mode and it did work. Ran about 20 calls through and took 6 live calls. Now 2 hours later the auto dial no longer works anymore. I am lost it worked just fine and now it's doing the same thing absolutely nothing it just sits there with No live calls waiting. I do get the following message in the asterisk CLI.

WARNING[1783]: chan_sip.c:4100 retrans_pkt: Timeout on 731a348250d0bfc2fc5d77dac1c4d3ee on non-critical invite transaction.

Anyone have any ideas please I am losing my mind trying to figure this out.

That's a network problem getting to the carrier.

Would a network issue cause vici dial to work in manual mode but when it is in auto dial it won't even attempt to dial a phone number. CLi doesn't even output anything in asterisk except. == Manager 'sendcron' logged off from 127.0.0.1

I am not seeing that warning anymore either. Just nothing happens at all its got me mind boggled for sure.

williamconley is this something you guys at poundteam can fix? I'm lost

Usually a network issue: "WARNING[1783]: chan_sip.c:4100 retrans_pkt: Timeout on 731a348250d0bfc2fc5d77dac1c4d3ee on non-critical invite transaction.
Not usually a network issue: "in auto dial it won't even attempt to dial a phone number"

This is a campaign, hopper issue probably.
Does it have dialable leads? (bottom of campaign detail)
Does the real time page show call stats?

Yes there are dialable leads in the hopper and can be dialed via Inbound Manual mode just not ratio or any of the other adapt modes.

The stats show everything except it says no live calls waiting instead of showing the lines being dialed etc.

I had the same problem before

Limit the amount of CPS (Calls per second)

ADMIN ---> SERVER ---> Max Calls per Second: 5

At least to me, it ONLY happens when i have to increase ratio because we used CRAPPY leads

Even i am a VoIP carrier and i was SURE my server could easily handle up to 200 CPS, for some reason i experience that and "temporarily" solved by lowering CPS

As well, i don't experience problem no more, but i kept looking for answers and later on i found that you have to EDIT sip.conf

sip.conf
udpenable=yes
tcpenable=yes
preferred_codec_only=yes

Will that help, no clue, since i remove GO AUTO DIAL and switch to vicidial and have a super robust cluster setup now

Hope it may guided you to find a solution, if you find it, don't forget to en-light all of us here and post the answer

Alright my carrier jumped in my system and fixed the issue it was because my agents were set at user level 2 instead of 1 for agents so the system didn't think any agents were logged in. So it's working now but thanks everyone for all the tips.
