Configure outgoing calls and tranfer the call out vicidial

Hello all,

We are trying to make a vicidial work with outgoing calls (that work well) and when a client is interested to tranfer the call in more specialised agents who dont use vicidial.

any idea how to solve this?

Have you read the vicidial manuals? Various ways of doing that are covered in them.
