QC functionality

so in exploring the QC functionality i have a few questions as to how to make it work. The environment here is we have 84 openers that open calls from 2 different campaigns(outbound and rv) and then they transfer qualified calls to closers who are in a separate campaign. When the closers close the deal they transfer once again to a different campaign (verificiation) where the verification campaign dispositions the call as "sale". Now the "dispo" i eliminated from then system status's (because openers were using it by mistake) and made it a status for only the verification campaign. My goal was to have anything dispoed as "sale" be QCed by a few agents. I have set the verification campaign to have QC active and labeled the sale dispo as QC. What am i missing? I have also made an agent have QC rights and upon logging in with that agent there still isnt any QC leads or numbers under the QC tab...

Have you tried putting sale back in "systemwide" to see if that suddenly makes it work? If so, then the "campaign dispos" may not be QC capable yet. I'd verify that first before spending a lot of time on troubleshooting. Or pick another dispo that's already systemwide.

thank you for your response william... that was it. Now my next question is can i hide system status's from certain campaigns? The problem is our openers randomly click dispositions ... for instance for this test i added a system dispo that was "VERIFD Verified deal" and within one hour i had over 200 calls that were dispo-ed as that even after they were all told not to. I don't have any control over personnel so i have to find a way to hide it from the dispo screen for certain campaigns.

Stock vicidial does not have that functionality. You'd either have to improve the QC code to take campaign statuses into account or modify Vicidial to hide system statuses from campaigns (We have a $200 add-on for this).

Have you tried making the status "non-selectable" in system statuses, and creating the same status in just the campaign and making it "selectable"? Of course, that could be dangerous, so I'd be careful doing it (not during production, test everything to be sure it didn't break anything, even reports).

When PoundTeam built the original QC module, before it was merged into the Vicidial core, the client had no interest in campaign statuses, so that wasn't added.
